Fast Forward Learning Services is a space born out of the need to provide personalized learning support to all learners. Regardless of where you are on your journey, this is sacred and unique to you. My work centres on whole-person development, starting from the beginning, and working with you to understand where you want to go. Using an intersectional, interdisciplinary approach, I work with learners to help make learning approachable, equitable, and realistic. I can't wait to meet you.
My Story
Inspired by the unique challenges students were facing during the COVID 19 pandemic, Jessica recognized the need for more holistic student support that honored individual experiences and strengths. Drawing on her years of experience in higher education and the insights gained from her colleagues at Trinity Western University, Douglas College, and beyond, she launched Fast Forward Education Services to offer tailored educational support that empowers students to thrive in their academic journeys.

Jessica has always had a passion for helping people. After working in academic advising, supplemental instruction, and student success coaching, she was eager to find another avenue through which to support student development and pursued her lifelong dream of getting her TESOL credentials, This broadens the scope of her academic support offerings and rounds out her education to provide a unique and thoughtful perspective to all of her students equally.
Master's Degree in Humanities

Jessica's academic background includes a Master of Arts Humanities, with a specific focus on Sociology and Philosophy. This unique combination of disciplines provides her with a distinctive perspective on learning, recognizing that it is not a one-size-fits-all approach, but rather takes many shapes and forms. With this expertise, she is able to offer personalized needs assessments that reflect each student's unique strengths, and equip them with the necessary tools for success.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Human Services Certificate (Trinity Western University). This is where she discovered her passion for helping people through community engaged scholarship and opportunities to learn about diverse people groups and the issues directly impacting them.
